Your interactions, business transactions, or participation in promotions with transport companies listed on or accessed through Freight Hub Connect, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other associated terms, conditions, warranties, or representations, are strictly between you and the respective company.

  • By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, that: 

(a) Freight Hub Connect is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings or due to the presence of these companies on Freight Hub Connect; 

(b) any orders placed, product specifications, or product availability appearing on Freight Hub Connect are subject to the confirmation and terms of the relevant company

(c) all transactions are conducted at your own risk and discretion, and Freight Hub Connect will not be held responsible under any circumstances.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can fulfill payment obligations to your Freight Hub Connect partners within the agreed terms and time frame, without any national or financial barriers preventing you from doing so. 

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your company listing and request a full refund within 30 days of the listing start date. To cancel and receive a refund, please notify us on the 30th day by emailing contact@freighthubconnect.com. 

Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card or account used for the initial payment. Please allow time for the refund to be processed and returned to your card or account. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after the 30-day period.
