(a) Logisticsworldtrade.com is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings or due to the presence of these companies on Logisticsworldtrade.com;
(b) any orders placed, product specifications, or product availability appearing on Logisticsworldtrade.com are subject to the confirmation and terms of the relevant company
(c) all transactions are conducted at your own risk and discretion, and Logisticsworldtrade.com will not be held responsible under any circumstances.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you can fulfill payment obligations to your Logisticsworldtrade.com partners within the agreed terms and time frame, without any national or financial barriers preventing you from doing so.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your company listing and request a full refund within 30 days of the listing start date. To cancel and receive a refund, please notify us on the 30th day by emailing contact@logisticsworldtrade.com.
Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card or account used for the initial payment. Please allow time for the refund to be processed and returned to your card or account. Refunds are not available for cancellations made after the 30-day period.
