Job Air Technic appoints new CEO

Job Air Technic has appointed Jakub Dvořák as its new chief executive officer, effective May 1, as the company continues to strengthen its position within Europe’s aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul sector.
Dvořák succeeds Imrich Czére, who led the company over the past two years. FL Technics Group CEO Zilvinas Lapinskas thanked Czére for his contribution to the company’s development and wished him well in his future endeavours.
The incoming CEO brings more than 18 years of experience in aviation maintenance, combining technical expertise with leadership across both operational and strategic functions. He has spent the past seven years within Job Air Technic, holding key roles including Technical Director, and currently serves as a member of the company’s management board.
Dvořák said his immediate focus will be on ensuring a smooth leadership transition while maintaining the high service standards expected by customers.
Job Air Technic will continue its core operations without disruption, providing base maintenance services to airline clients across Europe. The company remains an integral part of the broader FL Technics MRO network.
